EntryGrid is operated by Beyonary Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data on entrygrid.io and in the EntryGrid platform.

Data we collect

Account data (name, email) for organisers; guest data (name, contact details, company, RSVP responses, attendance) entered by organisers or submitted by guests through event registration pages; and demo/contact requests submitted on this site.

How guest data is used

Guest data belongs to the event organiser and is used solely to operate their event: registration, entry passes, check-in and attendance reporting. We do not sell guest data or use it for advertising.

Security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls. Entry pass codes are unique per guest and event.
